Many parents come to me wanting to help their teen feel more confident, find their voice, and just be their true awesome selves. All of this is possible, and can definitely be learned. But, there's no magic wand.
Well, except for S3 (just kidding!). It's not magic, but it is empowering and just might be the perfect 12-week journey for yourself and your teen to help them find themselves, embrace who they are, and gain that sense of confidence to make choices based on what's important to them.
