In this episode we talk about dealing with triggers and having our buttons pushed when raising teens. I'm pretty sure we've all been there. So the question is, when we are triggered, is it really about the eye roll, grunt, attitude, etc? Or...could some of our triggers actually be about us? Hmmmm.
